Todd Yoder

Todd Yoder graduated from FIU’s Honors College with a B.A. in Philosophy, then immediately enrolled in St. Thomas University’s School of Law. While there, Mr. Yoder clerked for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa, who then sat on the Third District Court of Appeal, in Miami.

Mr. Yoder is a member of the Florida Bar and routinely practices in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and in federal district courts around the country, including in Texas and New York.  Todd has handled high profile drug cases and extradition cases from Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras. Mr. Yoder also represents clients charged with fraud, money laundering, and other economic crimes.

Todd recently was part of the team that won the federal trial of U.S. v. Rebecca Gheiler, a mortgage fraud case in Orlando, Florida.
